The APEX-BRAZIL，the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association （BSCA）, Yona Coffee and Yiwai Coffee co-hosted a tasting of coffee in 3rd April, during the Qingming holiday.
The BSCA has 15 kinds of coffee beans from 5 different coffee Manors. In addition to traditional favors like nuts, chocolate and caramel, we are surprised to find others favors like tropical fruit, wine, floral and fruity flavor in many coffee beans. The purity and the great balance of the flavors of the coffee beans are a big surprise for everyone, changing the guests’ impression about Brazil coffee.
